Changing Time Zone

Hi All

I am using Solaris 2.8 on Sun E450 machine.

When check the time zone (echo $TZ) it says GMT+5

Exact time zone for us is GMT +05:30 "

How will I change my time zone to GMT+5:30

Any help / info is highly appreciated
