IP Network Multipathing and Veritas VCS

I currently have a couple of 3800 clustered using VCS. I was thinking of
using Sun's IP Multipathing software to allow for redundancy (and load
sharing, if possible) of the NIC card.

Does anyone have any opinions on interoperability between VCS and IP
Multipathing? At the moment, the NICs are configured as "critical" which
will trigger a cluster switch in the event of failure. I will have to
rethink about how I assign "critical" states to the NICs. Is the IP
Multipathing free?
