RPCINFO: Could not Delete...

I am very new in solaris. So I donot have any idea on various error. Just now I
am getting this error message while rebooting my sun box. I am using this as a
rnd perpose. Every day I found some changes on this box. Some one changing my
file permissions, Like: yesterday I got that my admintool permission is "-r-r-r"
and I cannot use it until I gave execute permission. And same to ping command.
What might be the reason? please help....
Today, I just comment some line from /etc/inetd.cong and stop some services
like telnet, ftp, login, exec, comsat, talk, etc. after restart I am getting
this error:
