Patch Updates

Hi,
I'm planning to update latest 8_Recommended patches on a couple of
servers E3500 and E220 that are being used. I'd appreciate if you could
let me know your opinions/experiences so that I can take the necessary
steps to prevent unexpected errors/panics.
I will summarize your replies and post it.
