L20 LTO problem

Hello Managers,
If this question is off topic I am sorry.But I need help on
this.I have an LTO L20 single drive 20slot tape library.Unfortunately it is
out of maintenance.Everytime I powercycle the library it fails to do the
inventory and comes out with an error saying
" HARD ERROR.A command to the
transport controller failed."
When I try to go into the service menu to
recalibrate the library it asks for a password which we dont know.
My question
is
Is there any default password for the sevice menu of the L20?
If the
default password is changed then how to reset the password?
