netstat -in showing Collisions and Errors in output packets.

Hi,
i am having Collisions and Errors in output packets on one of our Sun
boxes. as a result of this some nfs clients are getting slow response. can
anyone help me with a remedy. Thanks in Advance. i will summerize.
