3: SunPCi Upgrade

It worked. I replaced a 300MHz CPU for a 400MHz CPU. I only had to

change the clock multiplier from 4.5 to 6 by removing jumpers 3-4 and 5-6

(see table below)

SunPCi booted up saying it had a 400. No problems yet.
