eeprom-password lost

Hi *,

thx to all who answered.

Here are the current solutions for getting rid of an

unknown or forgotten eeprom-password:

1. pressing <stop>-<n>

2. if you have the root password to the box:

-login as root

-enter eeprom security-mode=none (to disable eeprom-security)

-enter eeprom security-mode=command (to set a new password)

3. ask the person who knows the password :-)
