system crashes after upgrade

I don't have the time to figure out exactly what I did wrong during the upgrade. So I booted back up with my old kernel.

I have just upgraded a station going from 4.1.3_u1 to 4.1.4. Upgrade log shows no error. However

after the upgrade, the system periodically reboot itself with a CPU panic error. Do I need a patch ? which one ?

In addition, an error message that also appears is "SILO OVERFLOW". What does this mean ?
