RMIERROR Solaris 10 on patch updates

hi
I had a quick look through the archives and google but
couldn't seen any resolution to this. I'm using
solaris 10 on intel and both smpatch analyze and smc
patchtool give an RMIERROR. I deleted wbem directory
and recreated, and have stop/started the service and
rebooted but to no avail. Anyone else seen this issue
or have a suggestion to resolve it ? thanks
