Robtest failed (L9 & Veritas Netbackup 4.5)

I using Veritas Netbackup 4.5, confuse of this error messages while
run command robtest, although the Netbackup has been re-install and
replace the new hardware L9 autoloader LTO drive :

I have check of control mechanism L9 is okay and i also can backup
tape manually (ie : tar, ufsdump ).
Could any one explain what this error & how to solving this thing ?
