FTP as root

Hi all,

On soloaris 8, I modify /etc/ftpusers to allow root ftping. After upgrading
from solaris8 to solaris9 I don't see /etc/ftpusers file exists. Does anyone
know what file I need to modify to allow ftping as root on solaris9?
