Thanks to:
trinkle@cs.purdue.edu (Daniel Trinkle)
David.Miner@East.Sun.COM (Dave Miner - ...sometimes you're the bug)
matthew@cs.adelaide.edu.au (Matthew Donaldson)
stewartc@amc.com (Stewart Castaldi)
There were two suggestions, both of which were required to make
the system boot:
o Power-cycle the system; and
o use 'b -r' at the prom prompt
The system did boot, but I'm not sure it was worth the trouble.
Even with 20MB RAM, the machine is so slow as to be virtually
unusable--especially in OpenWindows. I suspect I'll punt and go
back to 4.1.x.
