Question about Solaris 8 and Solaris 9

I'm planning to setup a new solaris server. This new server will be used as
a data warehouse with Oracle 9i.
I've read the differences between solaris 8 and solaris 9, as well as the
new features (ipmp, svm, threading, etc...) that the new version has, but I
have no idea about how solaris 9 will work in production environment under
heavy use. Currently, I use Solaris 8 2/02 for all my boxes and it is very
stable and gives a very good performance, but I will like to give a chance
to Solaris 9, so my question is: Is there anyone that use Solaris 9 with
Oracle 9i that could give me any idea about how the system works in terms of
reliability and performance?
