Obsolete patch database. How to clean?

I've come upon an older machine that has apparantly been upgraded
from Sol 2.6 to 7. In the process, the patch database still lists
all the patches that were applied to the 2.6 machine (like 105181).

I don't want to just nuke the patch database (at least I don't think
I do), but I'd like to remove the patches or their records so that
patchdiag doesn't complain about the out of date patches.

Is there any easy way to go through and identify all the 2.6 specific
patches?
