Multiple LOMs to one

I have a couple of Sun Fire 280R and Fire V100 machines. Currently I have to go into the server room and move the cable I'm using to acces their LOM-ports from server to server. Is it possible to get/build some kind of switch for this so I can connect them all to one computer so that I don't have to enter the server room each time I would like to acces a servers LOM?
