SUMMARY: loosing domainname when I reboot machine under Solaris 8 .?

Hello,
I 'm in the process of setting an NIS Slave machine under Solaris 8. I add
the new server
machine which is to be the slave machine to the ypservers and also do the
mkdbm part of it had also run the "ypinit -s " part and had done the
"domainname ....." part of
if.
For some unknow reason to me when I reboot machine it keep on loosing its
domainname.
Any idea on what's going on here?

ANSWER:
A very simple one. By mistake I had created a /etc/domainname file instead
of the a /etc/defaultdomain file.
