Seems like my mails to sun-managers r not going thru.
This is what I did.
I installed jetadmin. ( I hate to do it but did it anyway!!)
Under jetadmin you have a nice interface for your printers set up.
After you do that. Either u can give ur printer an lp -o 11x17
command and it will print on that size or to make it
permanent go to /etc/lp/interfaces and open the
file for ur printer. Modify options field to be
11x17 all the time and that will do it.
I have set up two queues for the printer.
1. for 11x17 printer and second one for 8.5x11 paper.
If this reaches you can u pl. forward it on sun-mangers for me?
Hopefully it will work for you also.
