Multiple servers configured on 4800

We would like to consolidate 2 servers on a 4800.
4800 comes with 3 CPU/Mem boards. We could assign 2 boards each with
4 CPUs to both servers.
As far as I know we could use 3rd CPU/Mem board from 4800 to
switch between 2 servers as needed.
What do you guys think?
Also Please point me to any docs on how to set this up on 4800.
