Sendmail relaying

im working with sendmail 8.10.2 but some people are trying to use my server
for spamming,although they are not successful but I m getting hell of
Relaying denied messages in my /var/adm/messages is there any way that these
messages should not appear here and also tell me how to prevent my server from
spamming
