Disksuite out of sync after reboot

Is it normal behaviour for the disks to be out of sync after a reboot? I
find it quite irritating that the system needs to bring the mirrors in sync
after booting. This is Disksuite 4.2.1 on Solaris 8, all filesystems have
the logging option set.
