Fujitsu Primepower [Sun HW Clones]

We're a heavy Sun shop with a great deal of experience in the entire Sun
server line. But we've had no exposure to Fujitsu [Sun compatible]
hardware, sales, service, etc.
Does anyone know some key differences between Fujitsu and Sun, and
general information regarding working with Fujitsu as a vendor?
Subjective information and opinions based on experience are welcome.
