Disk-Suite to Veritas migration

Dear Managers,
There is a requirement to implement Veritas Volume Manager and
File system over a disk which is already under disk suite control.

I would like to know, Is there any standard procedure (or tool) for Sun
Disk suite to Veritas data migration?
