This is the list of suggested tools to look at. We haven't evaluated any
of them, but when we do, I'll be sure to post those results here for all
to look at. "#" is the number of people suggesting it. Also, apparently
Orca is an add on to SymbEl -- this is not reflected in the numbers (ie,
there were 5 recommendations of SymbEl independent of the Orca
recommendations)
