Kernel cpu leak

All of a sudden the kernel of Solaris 7 on SPARC started to work only
for itself. cpu queue went up to 2.5-5.5
In output of ps and top I see that no other processes are taking cpu
time. Top says that kernel eats up 80% cpu time...
Is there any way to find out what went wrong. Somewhere on a kernel
module?
I am patching it right now but I hardly hope that will help.
PS. That was a Dec 13 :(
