CPU board failure

We have a E3500 with 6 CPU s (3 CPU boards).
We do not have service/support agreement approved and one of our E3500
crashed. It is up right now with the error "NOTICE: failed cpu board in slot 5"
It is up with 4 CPUs out of 6. Is it safe to wait for a day before getting this
fixed?
Is it OK if we run builds on 4 CPUs? How will this affect machine itself?
It seems that system has disabled the board itself. Do we run any commands
to isable ourselves now?
