haget and sun cluster 3.1

after weeks of troubleshooting, legato has told me to rename the file
/usr/cluster/bin/haget. This is a sun cluster 3.1 cluster running ha
oracle. Does anyone know if this file is still needed? I am told it is
left over from an earlier version of Sun Cluster but want to make sure
that it isn't needed. I will summarize for this and the other post, which
I am still working on about the backup of a sun cluster 3.1 cluster with
legato. I really appreciate the feedback.
