Apparently the best way to do this is with the xntpd daemon. This is

started with a script in /etc/rc2.d called S74xntpd, which needs a file

in the /etc/inet directory called ntp.conf (this points to the time

server, and without this file the daemon will not start). The necessary

details are in the start script.

Another way to do this is with the rdate command and cron.

Thanks to all!
