CDE login screen on X viewer

Hi all,

I am making some final touches to my administration box. I also installed
gnome and I am unable find out what command to add to my /.vnc/xstartup so
that it launches gnome instead of CDE desktop. Can anyone steer me in the
right direction. Also is it possible for me to use VNC so that is start the
desktop all the way from the login screen like I would from the actual sun
machine itself.
