No HBA showing up by "luxadm qlgc" output on 480R

I installed Sun Foundation Kit 4.4.11 along with the latest Solaris patch
cluster (that contains Oct, 2006 kernel) on this Sun Fire-480R server
running Solaris 8. It has 2 x ISP2300 chipset HBA cards (2 x 1Gbps
single-channel HBA cards) and I could configure SAN LUNs successfully and
use them.

However, I cannot see my HBA FC loops by either "luxadm qlgc" or "luxadm
fcode_download -p" command. Only output that I get to see is as below for
the system board built-in loop.

# luxadm qlgc

Found Path to 1 FC100/P, ISP2200, ISP23xx Devices

Opening Device: /devices/pci at 9,600000/SUNW,qlc at 2/fp at 0,0:devctl
Detected FCode Version: ISP2200 FC-AL Host Adapter Driver: 1.1504/03/22
Complete

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I believe installing some patches
fix the problem but don't know which ones.

Thanks for your help in advance!
