SiI0680 uata LBA48 SPARC

I have a Silicon Image ATA controller, and sol10 SPARC.
The ata disks (Samsung 250GB) is looking only 128GB with uata driver. This
direv isn't support 48 bits LBA?
The controller is supporting the large disks, from windows looks like fine.
What can i do?
I forget using these disks with SPARC Solaris?
