Knowing all the maps in NIS: a very simple question

I very simple question:
How do i know all the maps in NIS database. I used ypcat but that needs input as map names.
What i want is to know the maps present for e.g. passwd, hosts etc.
The actual purpose behind is to write a script to port information from NIS to LDAP.
