Migration from a E4000 to a V490

Sun Managers,

I am looking to migrate from a E4000 running Solaris 9 8/03 to a V490.

I am thinking of using flash archives to a local DLT and then a flash
install from tape.

Can anyone see any flaws / gotcha's with this.
