Solaris 7 and type 5 keyboard

Original question:
I have just freshly installed Solaris 7 on a Sparc 20 with type 5 Sun
keyboard.
But some of keys such as arrows in vi or Back Space in dtmail, etc..
don't work at all.
The problem was my XKEYSYMDB env. var. which was pointing to a wrong
place.
