DNS cache problem

Dear Managers,
I have configured my sun as DNS server.It is working
fine, but i don't see any quiries caching up. for out
side domain names , it forwards to another server on
net. Where can i c the cache information? In the
named.conf it is configured as
type hint
file "db.cache"
the file db.cahe shows all the root server address
only. Where can i c all the cached entries..
Any help regd is appriciated
