UPDATE: restricted access to ports

I apologize for this, but Im getting desprate! I've only got one reply to
this to look at www.conserver.com, but Im not too sure if this is what I
need. I method/application to help me restrict certain ports to certain
users and Im not too sure how t implement this. I am running a Netra T1
connected to an NTS. If anyone can help me out, I will greatly appreciate
it.
