solaris 7 recommned patch ..dated 24 june

After appylying the Recommned patch cluster on E420R server
We are getting the following message & system keep on rebooting.
any clues?
"Panic [CPU 2]/Thread=10408000: mod_hold_stub:
Couldn't load stub module sched/TS_DPTBL."
