Developers agreed and dropped patch 106409-01 from their list.

While searching on java.sun.com site (since these are SDK related Patches) found

3 docs and one of them suggests need for packages

SUNWjxcft, SUNWkcoft, SUNWcttf, SUNW5xfnt besides SUNWhttf.
