RBAC

I am trying to implement RBAC in a large financial institution, new to the
Solaris environment, where the greatest difficult is the role attibutable to
the Support people who traditionally should be the system administrators
with the powerful root account...
If you had such experience, please let me know. I am particularly interested
in knowing what commands shoud - or should not - be included in the
associated rights, permissions given to such commands, etc.
