Problem with Adminsuite

It has been newly configured with solaris 8 and acts as nis+ server for
a network with about 20 ultra 10 workstations.
Just before creating the user accounts there were three power failures
that broke down the server. After two attempt to reboot and a couple of
fsck on hard drive it seems that it was working again.
But when starting to create the users we encontered the following
problem
I can create up to 2 ore 3 users using adminsuite tool and then the
admintool stalls. It takes about three minutes to exit and when I
execute copyskel user it works for to or three times and then gives the
error "No directory!"
At this point if I wait for an hour I can create an other user or two
and I have the same problem again.
Do someone know if it some problem with Admintuite or If it could be
something wrong with the server due to the power failure?
Any Suggestion would be very appreciated.
