Problem with AXi system and RAM

been working fine for the past week, but when I went to install it at
the colo facility today, I get the following message on bootup:
Memory Problem Detected.
No further progress is possible.
Please Re-Install Memory and try again.
This is via a serial console on TTYA.
I've tried reseating/reinstalling and various combinations of the
RAM, but dont get anything but the above. Any suggestions?
