Sun 280R swapping drives

We used 220R's previously. A script for mirroring the boot
drive in the lower bay to the drive in the upper bay
provided us a way to configure a backup drive. We could
then swap the drives and boot from the mirrored drive.

Now that we use the 280R's, the mirroring script works.
However, when we swap the drives, the server will not boot.

How do we make this work?
