Wanted: format.dat entry for SUN146G

Does anyone happen to have a Sun 146GB FC-AL disk with the original
Sun disklabel on it?

Either the format.dat entry or the output from /usr/sbin/format would
be useful for me.

E.g:

format.dat:
>disk_type = "SUN72G" \
> : ctlr = SCSI : fmt_time = 4 \
> : ncyl = 14087 : acyl = 2 : pcyl = 14089 : nhead = 24 : nsect = 424 \
> : rpm = 7200

or

/usr/sbin/format:
> 9. c3t3d0 <SUN9.0G cyl 4924 alt 2 hd 27 sec 133>
> /pci at 1f,2000/scsi at 1,1/sd at 3,0
