RDAC (rdriver.conf) Question

We recently connected this server to a TAN on its own FC-HBA. When trying to
configure the tape devices as well as Legato Networker it takes a fair
amount of time to do an inquire as apparently it thinks it has to scan 71
buses (where in truth we only have abut 8 or 10) - most of whome are the
rdriver based pseudo buses... My sd.conf and st.conf all are configured
properly (I am sure) but looking at my rdriver.conf - I may have to trim it
down I guess to limit my buses... and hopefully do a devfsadm -C to clean
out dangling or orphaned /devices/pseudo entries... Am I on the right path?
On a second note, I'm runnning the latest and greatest Solaris 8 MU as well
as patches but mt stats still take a fair mount of time... Anyone out there
aware if Sun will be fixing this ?
