updating to current ROM version .

Hi Gurus , '
Got 2 questions..

1)How to update to latest version of OBP , current is 2.9

2) I have one internal disk of 2 Gb , on which solaris 7 is installed , and
another external of 9GB ,
when i format the external disk it shows only 1.96 Gb as capacity .. whats
wrong ? is it due to UFS limitations or what ?
