Thanks to all for their response, and thanks to the list for sending me
2 copies of every post that everyone sent to it.

The answer is to use prsinfo as such:

/usr/sbin/psrinfo -v
/usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/prtdiag -v
/usr/bin/mpstat
