CHANGE THE COMPILER GCC 2.95.1

H'm traing to compiling the Hylafax program in Solaris 2.5 with Gcc
2.95.1
but the compilation give me some error. From Hylafax list I see that
I would try with 2.95.3 version. So I tried to install 2.95.3 version
but
when I installed 2.95.3 version with pkgadd program I get error.
I would know if I have to disinstall the 2.95.1 version before to
install 2.95.3
and if I must do it , how I have to do ?
