Change Time zone

COuld you please show me how to change the timezone displayed from "CST"
to "HKT"?
When I upgraded from Solaris 7 to Solaris 8 on our Ultra 5, I have
selected the LOCALE to be Eastern Asia -> Hong Kong. However the time
zone displayed was CST. The time displayed was correct.
