Best way to share (r/w) 3310 disk array between two nodes

Gurus,

Is there are a way to share a 3310 disk array (same disks/same
data) between two nodes direct-attached? (not direct attach to one and NFS
to another)

Veritas? What pieces of software? (Cluster File System?)
Anything else?
