Cross connected D1000

Hello,

I have 2 D1000 cross connected to 2 Host . Each host
has 2 pci interface card.

Host A --1st Interface card --- 1st D1000 Port A
2nd Interface card --- 2nd D1000 Port B

Host B -- 1st Interface card -- 1st D1000 Port B
2nd Interface card -- 2nd D1000 Port A

Port C & D are connected by loop cable on both the
D1000.

Both D1000 switch settings are default. Each D1000
has 12 disks.

>From Host A --

c1t0 --c1t5 c1t8 --c1t13 c2t0 --c2t5 c2t8
--c2t13

My question is how do I identify the disks ? Bcos the
disk which I see from HOST A as c1t0 ...when I try to
see from Host B , it is c2t0.

Why same disk is identified as c1t0 from Host A &
identified as c2t0 from Host B ?

These D1000 ( 2 Nos) & Hosts( 2 Nos) are configured
under veritas cluster.

Can somebody clear this confusion or point out some
document ?
